 PHYSICAL THERAPY/REHABILITATION/INJURY PREVENTION & FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

 

$60/1 hr session

 

Either as separate rehab or along with your personal training routine I offer a personalized plan of injury rehabilitation/prevention for all ages and conditions.

NUTRITION COUNSELING 

 

With a science-based approach and all personal details considered I will develop the most effective and sustainable diet regimen that works with your schedule and lifestyle. No matter how specific or general your diet goals may be we will take a detailed and personal approach to developing your very own nutrition program that is guaranteed to produce results. I also can give very detailed advice on dietary supplements and ergogenic aids.

  

Activities included 

  • Counseling clients who are ill, in poor physical or mental health and who may benefit from participation in more regular exercise​​

  • Advising individuals about the benefits, both physical and psychological, that can be derived from exercise.

  • Equipping athletes with mental strategies to cope with, and overcome setbacks or injuries.

  • Advising coaches how to improve squad cohesion or communication.
